Q: Where is Kreative University located?
A: At the moment, Kreative University LLC is an online and mobile art studio. This means that we are located wherever you are!

Q: I’m interested in booking a paint party. Do you ship materials?
A: Yes, materials can be shipped to you for an additional cost. In order to receive materials on time for class, your order must be placed 2 weeks in advance of your class start date. All orders will receive a tracking number via email for your reference. Please allow 24 hours for USPS to update your tracking information in their system.

Q: I ordered materials and they did not arrive. What should I do?
A: First, please email info@kreativeuniversity.net and alert me of your issue. If the tracking is stating that your package was delivered but you didn’t receive it, please check with your local USPS office. They can file a claim or look into your delivery route to make
sure theft isn’t an issue. If you are sure your item was stolen USPS may have you file a police report.

Q: What if I have my own materials?
A: If you have your own materials, you are ahead of the game! Sign up for a Kreative Elective of your interest and skip the materials fee.

Q: Do you have a list of preferred art materials/brands for class?

Q: What is the refund policy?
A: All sales are final regardless of attendance. Please refer to the refund policy outlined in your commitment package.

Q: What is the late policy?
A: For online Paint Parties, there is a five-minute grace period for each session. After five minutes, the session will begin. After 20 minutes entry will no longer be available to the session. Logging 5 minutes early is highly encouraged. For in person paint parties , please refer to the late policy outlined in your commitment package.

Q: What is your teaching style?
A: My teaching style is fun, attentive, and patient. I encourage all students to try their best by providing meaningful words of affirmation. I provide tips and techniques along the way to help you in the art creation process. Finally, I am adaptive to your needs. If you need clarification on anything, or if you need to move at a faster/slower pace, I will ensure that your artistic needs are met.

Q: What is the best way to prepare for an online Paint Party?
A: To set up for the online paint party, make sure you can clearly see your computer or tablet screen with ease. Table coverings such as newspaper or shower plastic liners are recommended but the decision is up to you. Smocks/aprons are also optional, although
they are highly recommended for young children. Set up all open art materials on the work surface.
